Founded in 2019 to help women be healthy and happy from OnDemand workouts, virtual wellness coaching, and exceptional activewear.

In March 2020, Danielle began to offer free exercise classes on Zoom for the community to give anyone the option to exercise during COVID. Danielle utilizes state of the art technology to provide attendees with the best experience possible! Women have enjoyed developing community with one another during this time through these workouts. Dance Corps’ Virtual Wellness Coaching administered by Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer, Danielle Dorsey, provides people with the tools they need to reach their health and fitness goals. Clients work one-on-one electronically with Danielle on their journey while completing a comprehensive virtual Health/Wellness Assessment to maximize their success. Clients enjoy being included in the process to create their own SMART goals and check in with Danielle regularly for accountability. Move along to great music anytime and anywhere! The OnDemand workouts combine easy-to-follow dance moves and strength training techniques designed for people of all fitness levels. You can even enjoy DC BATTLE kickboxing workouts and Yoga/stretching videos as well. Workouts are science-based, and you are sure to burn many calories during one of Danielle’s cardio-based classes. Safety is a priority in all workouts, and options are given for dance and strength moves to help everyone feel successful.
